Branch member Stephen Winkworth organised a weekday visit to Gooderstone Water Gardens in West Norfolk for members. There were 12 members and four Minors. On arrival they headed for the tearoom for a well-deserved cup of tea or coffee. In there was craft pictures and wooden carved memorabilia to purchase as well as plants in an out door area, if they so wished.

Then they split up and went for a walk around the peaceful and idyllic gardens where they could see plenty of bird life, fish and insects with interlinking waterways with bridges and a nature trail. As the weather was very nice they enjoyed a picnic outside returning to the tearoom for a slice of cake or ice cream as the temperature had risen, before heading home again. A nice day enjoyed by all.
