To round off the event season we took a trip on the Waveney Princess on the river from Oulton Broad. We took the Waveney River Tours Waveney Marshlands Cruise along the Angles Way to Burgh St Peter and back again. We had thirty-two members, family and friends and some had a meal in the eateries nearby.
Some members stayed down in the boat while some were on the top deck and some did both. Either way they all had a good trip and the weather was fine although a little breezy.
We held one of our football cards and the winner was Polly who received £10. £30 was added to the Hearing Dogs for Deaf charity total. At the end of the trip some members went to have a look at the Banksy mural in the nearby Nicholas Everitt Park.
