Twenty-three members and family enjoyed our first event of the year, our New Year lunch at Rushall Half Moon Pub. We had their conservatory to ourselves and the food and company were excellent. With the help of other customers, we managed to fill one of our Football cards and the winner was Colin Alexander. So well done Colin and he very kindly donated his winnings of £10 to our charity fundraising.
Many thanks to Mary Huggins for organising the meal arrangements for us. Two of our members very bravely brought along their Minors to the lunch.
