While some of us went to the National Rally, five Branch cars went to the North Norfolk Railway Event at Holt Station, Norfolk. We had a stand on the field and we had three saloons, a convertible and a Traveller on display. The North Norfolk Branch were at Weybourne Station as usual.
There were lots of other makes of cars and buses on the rally field and members could get a ticket to ride on either the steam or diesel train to Sheringham for a look round. Sheringham was busy with many different Morris dancing teams taking part in a competition. We had good weather and apart from a broken lever when changing the points it was fixed for members to get back on the train to Holt station.
