After such a long time of not being able to attend car events, we made our first outing of 2021 to Redgrave and the Starwing Brewery Fun Day. Branch members last saw each other at Glemham Hall in September 2020.

It was touch and go about the date of the Fun Day and there should have been a Dog Show too, but this has now been scheduled for August 2021.

Thanks to Martin Wallis who found out all the information for us and he arrived early to hold back some spaces for us. In total throughout the day there were around 60-70 different cars in attendance, which included 11 in our group. This was made up of ten Minors and one Rover which belongs to one of our members. He also brought his Minor along too. We were also joined by Maria from the Essex Branch with her 1964 green saloon.

The Brewery grow their own hops and is in sight of Redgrave church which is now redundant. They have a covered seating area which came in handy when there was a downpour during the afternoon. Some members bought some of the Starwing Brewery ales and all in all we had a good time catching up with members after so long.
