To celebrate the East Anglian Practical Classics 30th Anniversary they held an event at Burston and invited us along to join them. On our Branch stand we had seven cars which were amongst around 100 cars parked on the green around Burston village sign and in front of Burston Strike School.  Down at the village pub – The Crown, there was also another display of cars as well as a display of vintage petrol pumps; the event took in the whole village.

We had Steve and Sue Roberts join us on the day with their recently purchased Traveller and they were lucky enough to win a trophy in the shape of a piston for “The car I would like to take home” which was chosen by the landlady of The Crown. So well done to Steve and Sue.

The weather was again very nice for us and we again came in contact with the Cambridge and Suffolk Blood Bikes. Some of us had a go on their toy tombola and came away with at least one toy!.
